Pilot (2018)

The pilot was shown in 2018. The BBC said at the time: "The terrifically vibrant and sure-footed pilot made for a very quick and easy decision on Defending The Guilty going to series." This pilot is almost the same as Episode 1 of the series.

Series 1 (2019)

The full series followed in 2019, and sees Will and Caroline defending a variety of Her Majesty's finest guests. The first episode is the same storyline as the original pilot.
