Like a bizarro negative image of BBC Three's forthcoming fate, Greg James's sitcom short makes the transition from online-only to broadcast TV. Here, the Radio 1 presenter plays DJ Jake Cross, afforded an opportunity to dump his credible graveyard slot for a larger audience when the station's breakfast jock croaks. In theory, it seems the aim is two parts Larry Sanders to one part Partridge. In practice, with both script and performance about as stirring as a Magic FM daytime playlist, it's something best left off the air.
