To a music festival, where young Adam is gigging with his band. While Jenny gets into the festival spirit, Pete wonders what she's not telling him. Meanwhile, as the eighth series continues, Adam is still trying to chase the opposite sex/his youth, and finds a willing playmate in Karen, while David befriends a cookie seller.

Cold Feet viewers 'in bits' after 'best ever' episode

Cold Feet fans admitted that they are "in bits" after tonight's episode of the ITV drama - branding it the show's "best ever".

Reveal leaves viewers in turmoil

Cold Feet continued this evening and saw the gang venture to a local festival - however it finally became time for Jenny to reveal her harrowing news to Karen.

Callum Crumlish, The Daily Express, 28th January 2019

At Karen's behest, Adam tries his hand at dramatherapy but finds it hard to see the point. It is difficult not to feel the same about an episode of Mike Bullen's romantic comedy-drama that seems to focus too much on Adam at the expense of equally interesting fellow characters, who this week cultivate some promising plotlines.

Mike Bradley, The Guardian, 21st January 2019

I am surprisingly glad to see Cold Feet back. Mike Bullen's writing can still startle and, on occasion, delight. True, there are tribes on alien planets, never exposed to this "telly" thing, who could have, within 10 minutes, and possessed of a decent broadband width, identified the likelihood that the way-too-young barista fancied by James Nesbitt was, rather than aching to be hit on by a 50-year-old with dyed hair transplants, actually going out with his son. Cue the biggest non-shock since Theresa May wasn't voted Dancing Icon of the Year by EU! magazine. But did anyone see coming that first smidgen of a hint of something more... between Adam and Karen? Honestly? Really?
