Jimmy Wilcox is a budding antiques dealer and the proprietor of the Treasure House in London's Chelsea. Whilst he thinks of himself as a philosopher and raconteur, he is also the unfortunate employer of Charlie, a dim-witted assistant. A dutiful husband to Madge, his long-suffering wife, he is doomed to fail thanks to his own magnificent incompetence.
