Further details
Sibling rivalry is served up at the ice-cream van after Walter reels his brother Paul into another argument; there's frustration for one hungry Burnistoun inhabitant hell-bent on buying rolls for his sausages; and a persistent charity caller meets his match when a local resident goes to extreme lengths to avoid donating his cash.
Also this week, Burnistoun's bob-a-job week leads to high drama and ambitious confrontation over tasks; local TV police series features a twist even the coppers didn't see coming; and news editor of the Burnistoun Herald confuses everyone - including himself - with his latest snappy newspaper motto.
And it's amazing what kind of bargains you can pick up on the streets of Burnistoun if you bring enough bottles to the van.
