Further details

This episode sees the trio travel to Glasgow, the UK's most 'stereotyped' city, and The Highlands, to discover if the Scots really do hate the English.

Ivo is worried about fitting into Glasgow life, so they ease his nerves with some tea at a tranquil vegan cafe. Now off his face on Mate and Ginseng, Ivo gets a self-defence lesson from a former MMA fighter, while Fern and Darren join a yoga class that's led by a painter-decorator.

Darren then learns about Glasgow's trendy vegan scene from the self-proclaimed 'Mad Chef', while Fern and Ivo kayak down a regenerated city canal with a dangerous reputation, before experiencing something equally notorious, a Glasgow Munchy Box. Greased up, they head to the Highlands for a night in the wilderness, stopping off at a bird sanctuary that makes Darren's childhood dreams come true, before ending their adventure in Glencoe[x/], to see if they can survive one night in a tent, without any phone signal.
