Peter Serafinowicz is working on a sitcom for his Brian Butterfield character.
The show sees Brian in an office, working on a different business idea in each episode.
Speaking on Richard Herring's Leicester Square Theatre Podcast (38 minutes in), Serafinowicz said they had a read through in January 2016 that went "really well", but the BBC turned it down. However, "it might be happening again now." He joked "I think in about 40 years they might commission it, primarily to save money on prosthetics."
This project was cancelled before being produced.
