Bernard is infuriated by an intensely small-printed legal document requiring him to pay ground rent to a cat, and hires an assassin to rid him of his furry problem.
Manny meanwhile is excited at the prospect of his favourite travel writer Jason Hamilton giving a talk. Bernard and Fran fail to share this enthusiasm, until they meet the rather attractive and charismatic man himself.
