Fran takes up yoga but her willpower is pushed to the limit when chakra-obsessed friend Eva orders her to give up everything that's bad for her.
Manny is fed-up with Bernard treating him like a child, while Bernard becomes convinced Manny is the ultimate Freudian specimen - or the son he never had. Both spend some time on the couch.
