Series 2, Episode 4 - Blood

Bernard and Manny transform the shop. Bored Fran seeks out some unknown relatives.

Further details

Manny is inspired and endeavours to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere for the customers, complete with a sofa that swallows nearly as much as the shop's creatures.

Although initially reluctant, Bernard soon joins in and goes one step further by becoming stiff competition for Gordon Ramsay.

Unemployed once more and looking for something to fill her time, Fran turns compulsive shopper and buys lots of chocolate - and an Astra. When that fails to satisfy, she goes back to her roots and meets her Eastern European relatives; a decision she quickly regrets. Not least for the amount of spittle residue on her chin.
