Fran sees her boyfriend on a lunch date. Bernard is snubbed by friends but doesn't know why and Manny plays good cop, bad cop.

Fran is miffed to see her boyfriend Peter with a mysterious woman, although her plan to look the other way backfires. Bernard is ignored by friends Gerald and Sarah the day after the night before but his hung-over brain is suffering a bout of amnesia. While Manny is mistaken for a police officer after he overdoses on espresso and episodes of The Sweeney and attempts a citizen's arrest. Three attempts should teach him how not to sit, in any case.
