Big Zuu's Big Eats

Heading to the Big Eats Manor today is rapper Aitch. To make him feel at home, Zuu puts on a Manchester themed Big Eat and serves up a few surprises with some unexpected guests.

Big Zuu, Tubsey and Hyder are cooking for BRIT award-winning, Manchester-born rapper Aitch.

Inspired by Aitch's nickname and with the help of guest chef, The Grubswork Kitchen, Zuu dishes up an H-Bone steak taco with a Caribbean touch.

It's time for Aitch to show Zuu his skills in the kitchen and for the first time in Big Eats history, jam on toast is served up for the guest cook. Zuu shows Aitch how it's really done, making bread and strawberry jam from scratch, before inviting a special guest to sample the dish too - cue rapper AJ Tracey.

With all the food knowledge extracted and an Aitch-led kickboxing session, Zuu and the boys get to work on the menu. As well as serving up a boujee tuna tartare for starters, followed by the one food Aitch could eat all day - chicken wings, Zuu wants to give Moston's finest a taste of home for the Big Eat.

And before the meal is done, Zuu has one more surprise, a front row show from one of Aitch's idols, Liam Gallagher... ish!
