Zuu is taking over Mel's hometown stadium - the Leeds Arena to cook for the city's biggest music superstar.
Back in the day, Mel met with Princes William and Harry and cooked them a killer peanut butter and jelly sandwich - so Zuu decides to revisit this dish and create something fit for music royalty.
But it's not all posh food for Leeds' finest. Yorkshire pudding and chip scraps are two of her favourite flavours - but only Zuu could combine these classics for an Anglo-Anglo fusion...
As a judge on some of the biggest TV talent shows across the globe, Mel is used to seeing some Big Boy entertainment - but nothing can prepare her for the 'Arabian Spice Boys' aka the Tubsey and Hyder experience.
