Maya Jama is enjoying a rare day off and has headed to a local bar with her mum for a crash course in cocktail making - and drinking. Inspired by her part Swedish and part Somali roots, Zuu serves up a feast that combines Scandinavian pastries, his unique take on posh chicken nuggets and a very boozy pineapple dessert.
Bristol is the home of all things green - so, whilst in town, Tubsey and Hyder get busy sorting out the van's recycling and food-waste systems.
Maya is known for speaking her mind and she and Zuu have been friends for years - so she won't hold back when it comes to critiquing his food...
