At the start of Big Jim And the Figaro Club (BBC2), the oldest workman is being evicted from his home in a drain "Because I'm on view when I 'ave a piddle." He protests vigorously "Me old pipe may be a bit shabby but it's not an eyesore." I thought this funnier than all the rest of the comedy.
