A dejected, jobless Joyce is attempting to relax by the pool, but her morning is ruined when Janey reinstates the decidedly dodgy Jason Gallagher as the Solana's bar manager.

As Janey and Jason go through the post, they find a letter offering Joyce a new job - and come up with a despicable plan.

Geoff/The Oracle and Noreen get trapped in the lift, and spend the day opening up to each other.

Clive heads into town in search of wi-fi, and gets chatted up by Melanie, a holiday home saleswoman. She lures Clive into visiting a development, where Clive meets Monty - and is swindled out of 5,000 euros.
