Battle Of The Ages is the comedy show that pits the comic generations against each other, with the simple purpose of discovering which is the funniest.

Alexander Armstrong is the host as two teams – the 'Current Crop' led by Jo Brand and the 'Golden Oldies' captained by Dave Spikey – compete in a series of rounds mixing panel games and stand-up. It is described as "a gag-heavy, family-friendly show that will appeal to all generations."

Dave Berry

Older February Pilot: Three teams - the Young Guns, the Middle Ages and the Golden Oldies - compete in a series of rounds mixing panel games and stand-up, in a gag-heavy, family-friendly show that will appeal to all generations. Many of the rounds and the eventual winners are chosen by an audience vote.

Hosted by Dave Berry, amongst those booked to appear on this first pilot were Tom O'Connor, Roy Walker, Hal Cruttenden, Roisin Conaty and Rob Beckett.
