Jonny Sweet: My nickname was Gimpy at school

"I must say, I'm fed up of playing these slightly wet poshos," laughs Jonny Sweet, whose career to date has seen him frequently assume the persona of wet posho. "I think it's about time I was given a gun for something or an action film. I always thought I was going to be plucked from university into the secret service anyway - I'm still waiting for the call."

Sharon Lougher, Metro, 14th February 2014

Babylon: Social media meets serial killer

For what it's worth, I loved Babylon. I loved that I loathed the first 10 minutes, post-assassination No 1, and hated this bolshie dick-swinging armed response team.

Review: Babylon, C4

Sunday night TV is usually a pretty tedious affair, but not this time. A series of six one-hour episodes starts filming in March - can't wait.

Review: Babylon, Channel 4

This 'comedy-drama' about the police is neither one thing nor the other.

Adam Sweeting, The Arts Desk, 10th February 2014

Babylon - pilot review

There are a few minor problems. The script is dynamite, though the central mystery is a tad underdeveloped.

Matt Denis, Cult Box, 10th February 2014

Babylon - Pilot review

The central story also didn't really go anywhere, they'd obviously got caught up in the inner-office plot - if only I could have too.

Kate Bellamy, Metro, 10th February 2014

Babylon: Danny Boyle directs a flashy feast

Babylon had some obvious faults, but they're nothing that can't be fixed in future episodes.

Dan Owen, MSN Entertainment, 10th February 2014

Babylon review

When it was firing arrows at bureaucracy and spin, the show was frequently on the money.

Alex Fletcher, Digital Spy, 10th February 2014

How Brian Paddick helped Danny Boyle put the Met on TV

As C4's controversial police drama airs tonight, a former senior officer at the Met talks about his role as adviser.

Maggie Brown and Vanessa Thorpe, The Observer, 9th February 2014

Preview: Babylon, C4, Sunday

Sunday night TV is usually a pretty tedious affair, but not this time. A series should follow - as soon as possible please.
