An Audience With Jasper Carrott - The Complete Series

Comedian, actor, folk singer and TV presenter Jasper Carrott first came to national attention in 1975 with his top five double-A-side hit single, Funky Moped/Magic Roundabout.

Thirty-five years on, he remains one of Britain's best-loved comic performers. His many awards include a BAFTA (for Carrott's Lib) and a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2008 British Comedy Awards; he has twice been voted TV Personality of the Year, and received an OBE in 2003 in recognition of his work for charity.

Having made several appearances on regional television during the mid-seventies, Jasper launched his first series in 1978. An Audience With Jasper Carrott was a storming success, earning him a Pye Award as Outstanding New Personality and making him into a household name.

In six 30-minute bursts of relentless stand-up punctuated by the occasional song, Carrott rants about everything from Spaghetti Junction to the Jersey constabulary, medicals to Monty Python... and infamously introduces the word zit into the English vocabulary.

Not in the UK?

Fear not! Many items can still be ordered. Amazon in the UK delivers to many international territories, whilst their Australia, USA and Canada stores also supply many equivalent or imported items.

If you are in the North America, look out for US/Canadian flag icons on popular product listings for direct links.

If you order from a UK store, please note that the UK is in Region 2 and B, respectively, for DVDs and Blu-rays - check your player's compatibility, or look for multi-region products if you are located in another region.

If you are in Australia or New Zealand (DVD Region 4), note that almost all DVDs distributed in the UK by the BBC and 2entertain are encoded for both Region 2 and Region 4. The UK and Australasia are in the same Blu-ray region (B).
