Mimi, Gruber, Bertorelli and the Colonel are held at the Communist Resistance's secret headquarters - René escapes with message of their ransom: 1 million francs. General Von Klinkerhoffen, however, is not keen to pay.

The Colonel, Gruber, Bertorelli and LeClerc are held ransom by Denise and the Communists. Michelle learns of the situation and decides this an opportune time to do away with both the Germans and the Communists.
