Further details
Edina and Patsy are off to Paris for a magazine shoot focusing on fashion and media identities of different generations.
Patsy is excited that she will be working with hot young model Erin O'Connor, but is terrified of the new look being imposed upon her. She quickly becomes competitive with the other models from her era and annoys the photographer with her refusal to cooperate.
Saffron is also refusing to cooperate with Edina, with whom she is to appear in a photo shoot with for a section on famous mothers and daughters. She refuses to dress in the fashionable clothing Edina offers her and is determined to have an 'educational' day in Paris. Edina finally breaks her by comparing her attitude to the insular, superficial way that Gran treated her trip to Paris during Edina's childhood.
Safron relaxes and starts to have fun with her mother, but Edina has a plot that will get them centre spread in the magazine, and humiliate her daughter in the process.
