When Edina's arch-rival Claudia Bing beats her to a coveted Public Relations award set up by Edina herself, she is left fuming. Unfortunately a missing speech sends her comeback plans awry, and she rants against her own industry in frustration.

PR-land quakes with anticipation as the award season approaches. Edina, having paid for them, naturally expects to win her fair share. Arch rival Claudia Bing has other ideas. Eddy misses out on PR Person of the Year Award and wants revenge.

Meanwhile, Saffy gets some extra special education from her psychology lecturer. Supermodel Naomi Campbell puts in an appearance as herself, but where is Lulu when you need her?
