Mr. Hell started as a doodle by Hugh Macloed of Gapingvoid and expanded into a TV series for the BBC, under the auspices of Jon Plowman, Mifanwy Moore and Gareth Edwards. In addition, the late Bob Monkhouse lends his supreme vocal talent as host to the cynical animated exploits.
