Not one but two sporting superstars join James Corden and the gang as heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua and UK athletics' golden boy Mo Farah team up with Jamie Redknapp in the red corner. On the blue team, Freddie and Jack welcome British pop royalty Emma Bunton.
As Britain's Got Sporting Talent returns to the A League Of Their Own studio, rugby union star Ben Foden reveals his secret skill, while James and Anthony perform a duet no-one will ever forget. Emma shows off her karate moves and Anthony and Mo look to settle an old score by going head to head over 100 metres. Finally, Jamie and Mo take on Freddie and Jack on the jungle assault course.
