Further details

It's late at night and Vince, hyperactive and addicted to Blue Rat, is spying on people in the tower block opposite through his binoculars while Errol has to get up early in the morning for his new job at Billingsgate Fish Market.

Vince thinks he sees a man with a horse in his flat, but Errol doesn't believe him. Vince goes to check and meets Andy, a divorced man who's just trying to make his daughter's dreams come true, regardless of what the RSPCA think.

Notes

This episode's theme music is Madness's House Of Fun played backwards.

Phil Bowker was the man in the flat smoking, and (in the second of the two sketches) Peter Serafinowicz was the voice of the man whose hand he burnt putting the cigarette on it in the first sketch. Neither are credited.

In some places this episode is listed as Series 1, Episode 4.
