We've Come To A Land Down Under
By: Sam Chappell
Sitcom Mission 2016 finalist
This is a sitcom about a family of four from south London who have emigrated to Australia to live dad's dream. Set in Sydney, it follows their lives as they make their way in this very familiar, yet actually quite foreign land. On the one hand it's a story about the clash of cultures that inevitably happens with a move like this, but on the other, it's very much about the clash between fantasy and reality that arises for all those involved.
