Writers are always going to be given notes, and for new writers it's a temptation to do as you're told. This is a mistake, because it's your work and you understand it best. A note means that someone has a problem with the script, so while you should consider the note, you should also think about the problem that has provoked it, and find your own way of solving the problem if the note doesn't feel right. Notes can be irritating, but if someone is bothered by something, then it's a fair bet that others will be bothered too.
