A new Taskmaster book will be published in November.

Written by show creator and assistant Alex Horne with Jack Bernhardt, An Absolute Casserole: The Taskmaster Compendium is slated for publication in hardback and eBook formats on 7th November.

Blurb explains: "How many eggs have been broken in the making of this programme? What is the worst thing Alex has eaten? Are you more likely to win Taskmaster if you wear a hat? Why is the Taskmaster always right?

"This hilarious compendium celebrates a decade of Taskmaster's inspired chaos. Relive the most outrageous tasks, iconic meltdowns, and ingenious victories from your favourite contestants."

The 320-page tome is now available for pre-order from retailers including Amazon and Waterstones. It will be the fourth book related to the series, after task-packed titles Taskmaster: 200 Extraordinary Tasks For Ordinary People, Taskmaster: 220 Extraordinary Tasks For Ordinary People, and Bring Me The Head Of The Taskmaster: 101 Next Level Tasks.
