Roy and Becky are excited. The weatherwoman is predicting snow. But the next morning, they are horrified to see bright blue skies and sunshine. They decide to create their own cartoon winter wonderland, but Roy is unable to stop the cartoon snow falling and the O'Brien's house becomes like the North Pole.
