Hut 33's record is the worst in the complex. Charles is mortified with shame, Archie is desperate to prove himself and Gordon wants to impress a girl he has just met. They break into Hut 7b to get extra information, which turns out not to be a good idea.

Danny is quick to exploit the college's temporary FM radio licence, staging his own radio plays where he plays Heathcliff to Alison's Cathy. Colin writes his own play, also featuring Alison with Kenneth doing all the sound effects. However, Kenneth has a severe attack of nerves.
