Unwilling to forgo an actually useful member of staff, Strain opts to send Albert on the latest company initiative: a "back to the factory floor" fortnight to experience the production line in Leeds. Albert quickly becomes a hit with the girls and is keen to stay, but the factory manager has other ideas.
