What are conditions really like for the man in prison? Officer Mills is interested in using applied psychology to reform prisoners. So he plans to move in with Pongo and Mushy, to get first hand personal experience. Mills moves in but he finds they are too interested in experiments... And they want to know just how Officer Mills would make out as a criminal. How would he survive as a crook on the run?
