It's Pongo's 40th birthday. A terrible turning point fro a man in jail. Mushy Pongo's cell mate tries to cheer him up. Pongo is inconsolable. He looks at what's behind him 14 years preventive detention. He looks at what's ahead of him 15 years preventive detention. Pongo realises that he's letting life slip him by. Mushy decides to throw a party for Pongo to cheer him up. But it isn't all that easy to smuggle booze and a birthday cake into jail.
