An easy going British scientist causes quite a stir when he discusses the work of two Russian mathematicians who claim that when the Large Hadron Collider at CERN is turned on, there is the chance that it may cause a wormhole. This could allow a time traveller from the future to visit us.
As a result of his discussion, the world's major powers, including Britain, America, Russia and China (and Belgium) begin to get ready to gain control of any future time travellers, and thus also gain control their (presumed) futuristic weapons.
