Joining Mark Nelson this week, World Champion and Olympic Gold Medallist Eve Muirhead shares her stories of triumph and woe from the curling rink, as does Dancing On Ice star and King of the Jungle, Joe Pasquale, who shares an ice-bath with the professionals for the last time. Completing the line up is guitarist for The Housemartins, Stan Cullimore, who faces gorillas in Uganda and meets his wife whilst discovering one of Scotland's biggest bands of all time.
