Thanks to the ensuing leaflet campaign, they encounter, among others, Flamford fish supremo Frank Bridgewater, alarmed café proprietor Joyce Rickles, ultra-professional hotel manager Dieter Schmidt, and the angriest woman in Flamford. Unfortunately for Jeff and Andy, the campaign is a roaring success.
