Round The Horne was a groundbreaking piece of broadcasting, most famous for its colourful characters, memorable catchphrases, and the brilliantly inventive and sometimes outrageous scripts.

Kenneth Horne was the suave host, whilst around him orbited those no-holds-barred satellites Kenneth Williams, Betty Marsden, Hugh Paddick and Bill Pertwee.
