Character guide
Professor Quanderhorn
Quanderhorn is a brilliant, maverick scientific genius... with absolutely no moral compass. He'll build any invention he pleases. Prime Minister Churchill would dearly like to close him down, once and for all.
Brian Nylon
Brian has lost his memory. He's acting as a test pilot for Quanderhorn, but may also be a double agent working on behalf of Churchill, charged with uncovering Quanderhorn's darkest secrets... he just can't remember.
Dr Gemini Jannussen
Janussen is a brilliant cold and calculating scientist, only slightly hampered by the rational half of her brain having been replaced by a clockwork mechanism, which tends to run down at moments of crisis, leaving her emotions to run amok.
Guuuurk
Guuuurk is a Martian bounder whom Quanderhorn is holding hostage after the most recent failed invasion attempt. Guuuurk talks a bit like Terry-Thomas, as he learnt human behaviour by repeatedly watching a TV show starring him - it was the only one that can be received on Mars.
Troy Quanderhorn
Troy is the professor's genetically-engineered "son" - the result of a slightly botched experiment into gene shuffling. Despite being amazingly strong, he could easily be outwitted by brain-damaged plankton.
Jenkins
Jenkins is the Professor's disgraced batman from World War Two. He now acts as the janitor in the lab.
Churchill
Winston Churchill is Prime Minister of Britain. He wants to stop Professor Quanderhorn for causing any more damage to this country.
