Notes
In the original broadcast of this episode, Satan assumes the form of Jill Dando. The TV presenter was murdered just five days after the episode was broadcast leading the BBC to create a new edit of the episode so that the following month's repeat did not offend listeners. The references were changed to Gabby Roslin.
