Radio 4 to launch Friday night comedy series The Naked Week

BBC Radio 4 is to launch Friday night topical comedy series The Naked Week in November. Hosted by Andrew Hunter Murray, with Amy Hoggart as chief correspondent, the episodes will offer "a fresh way of dressing the week's news in the altogether".

French & Saunders and Alexei Sayle are returning to Radio 4, with the channel recommissioning Whatever Happened To Baby Jane Austen? and Alexei Sayle's Imaginary Sandwich Bar, as well as Olga Koch: Ok Computer and the latest stand-up series from Ashley Blaker, Ashley Blaker's Hyperfixations.

Icklewick FM returning to Radio 4, with series in active talks for TV

The Delightful Sausage's Radio 4 sitcom Icklewick FM is returning for a second series, with active discussions about a television version, Amy Gledhill has revealed. She and her double act partner Chris Cantrill are also developing a game show for broadcast.
