Daliso Chaponda, a Zambian-born, Canadian-educated, Malawian comedian - the first comedian to reach the final of Britain's Got Talent, as well as a novelist and a man whose name has 123,488 anagrams, donates a church of laughter. Daliso argues that he found comedy in the same way other people find God.
Dr Sabrina Cohen-Hatton, a former homeless woman who went on to become a neuroscientist, Chief Fire Officer of the West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service, and author of Heat At The Moment, a book about making decisions under pressure, provides a pack of Xoloitzcuintli (Mexican hairless) dogs. These dogs were kept by the Aztecs and Mayans, and one myth about was that were created from a rib of Quetzalcoatl.
Dr Kevin Fong, an anesthetist (we still don't know for certain how these work, but they do and are safe), a flying doctor, and space medicine specialist, who has worked on an experimental space ambulance, gives the sunrise after a night shift. He offers it in tribute to all the NHS teams who have worked during the COVID 19 pandemic.
