John Lloyd and Bridget Christie this week are joined by comedian Jen Brister, comedy writer Jason Hazeley and author Ed Brooke-Hitching.

Jen Brister, a comedian who appeared on Live at the Apollo, Frankie Boyle's New World Order and an author on a joke about parenthood, donates a microphone, because she uses it all the time at work. The only things that you need are to be seen and heard.

Jason Hazeley, who working alongisde Joel Morris has written the Ladybird book for adults, Cunk on Britain, Agendum, and who also works as a musican, provides a lot of money in the form of Ravel's royalties, because his £17million in royalties don't go a single members of his family, but instead went until recently to a Swiss woman whose mother used to be married to the man who used to be married to a former canary seller who was Ravel's brother's masseurs.

Ed Brooke-Hitching, who made a documentary film about the world's worst orchestra, has written several books about the history of maps, and a QI Elf, offers up a land grant for 60 acres of South American land called Poyais in 1822. The problem is that Poyais doesn't exist and this entire land grant was created by a Scottish soldier named Gregor MacGregor who conned people out of a billion pounds in today's money.
