Further details
Cariad Lloyd, a comedian who is part of the improv group Austentatious and an Edinburgh Comedy Newcomer nominee, provides a Moomin, the famous Finnish cartoons trolls. Disney wanted to buy the rights to it, but the author constantly refused.
Amanda Owen, a woman who may have ended up as a model but instead decided to take up a job as a shepherdess in remotest Yorkshire, who regularly stars in TV show The Dales, gives the Museum a dogwhistle, which is vital to her job. When she was younger she didn't have a dog, so she responded to it. Now her children respond to her whistle.
Gyles Brandreth, former Conservative MP, TV presenter, chancellor of the University of Chester and president of the British Association of Scrabble Players, donates a simple button, that belonged to the Shakespearean actor Sir Donald Wolfit. The button was part of his King Lear costume that was inherited by the wife of actor Frank Thornton.
