Huge hoo-ha over Barry Cryer's colostomy bag joke
On the Radio 4 show in January, panellists were asked to add a word to the title of a song to make it a lot less appealing. Barry Cryer suggested 'Papa's got a brand new colostomy bag'. The listener complained that the joke was an 'offensive and unacceptable portrayal of disability' and that mentioning the device for'a laugh from a negative stereotype was no longer acceptable'.
Chortle, 28th October 2016Hamish and Dougal to make stage debut

I know exactly what we're going to get - four players being given silly things to do, some good old saucy, seaside postcard-style smut with the lovely (but imaginary) Samantha, and a litany of the grottiest puns ever.
Drew Allen, The Herald, 5th May 2015Review: I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue, Royal Concert Hall

Steve Oliver, Nottingham Post, 8th March 2015Review - I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue: live on stage
With a relentless barrage of hilarity for over two hours, the Sunderland audience was left helpless with laughter and although the vast majority seemed to be fans of the radio show, this is an excellent introduction to people unfamiliar with the joys of Clue.
Mark Clegg, The Public Reviews, 9th January 2015I'm sorry, but why the fuss over fictional Samantha?
After complaints about sexism, BBC chiefs are taking a long, hard look at I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue's resident scorer, the lovely Samantha.
William Langley, The Telegraph, 6th December 2014Opinion: it's not sexist, it's innuendo
In defense of I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue, and Samantha's right to sexual appetite.
