Saul long gave up worshipping God to worship at the altar of Art but not without a huge amount of guilt.
Now he has a chance to interview and curate a retrospective of a true icon: elderly painter Maeve Goring.
As Saul finds himself caught up in Maeve's murky bigoted world he begins to question not only the rules that the Art world is built upon but over a single weekend manages to break every one of the ten commandments.
