Series 1 (1993)

In the first series Bernard and Iris miss a film at the cinema, friction arises by an office rival, and Bernard tries to buy tickets so Iris can hear Pavarotti in concert.

Series 2 (1994 - 1995)

This time Bernard finds religion, Iris tries to stop her mother from being swindled, and the couple argue about where to go on holiday.

Series 3 (1996)

In the final series Bernard travels out to sea to scatter a client's ashes, Irish suspects Bernard of having an affair, and Bernard takes part in a cricket match.
