Sean Lock presents a show from his high-rise tower block flat, listening in to the varied assortment of neighbours who live around him, and interrupted by the occasional visitor.
He eavesdrops on the block's other residents using the "Bugger King" - it has nothing to do with meat or sex, but is in fact a device for tuning into any one of a number of microphones that plumber Hot Bob has hidden for him in the other flats.
