The numbers refer to the atomic numbers of elements, with the numbers in block capitals being the first letter of the element's symbol, and lowercase words the second letter.
The elements in question, 66, 57, 7 / 42, 88, 7, give you respectively the numbers for dysprosium, lanthanum, nitrogen / molybdenum, radium and nitrogen again. Replace the numbers with the symbols and you spell out the name:
