The Dabbers Bingo Comedy Caller contest, in which acts must entertain audiences as they play bingo, is returning for a fifth year.
Run by "London's best-loved alternative bingo hall", the application window is open now, until 8th March.
The contest is sponsored by Malibu, with the winner set to receive a £1000 cash prize and a 12-month contract to host shows at the venue.
The organisers say: "Bigger, bolder, and funnier than ever, the search is on for 2025's ultimate bingo comedy host - a performer who can mix quick wit, dazzling stage presence, and top-tier bingo calling skills into an unforgettable show."
Fusing comedy, hosting, and bingo calling, the competition attracts stand-ups, drag artists, cabaret performers and character comics.
Dabbers' managing director, Jonny Unknown, says: "Over the years, we've discovered incredible talent through this competition - comedians, drag stars, and larger-than-life hosts who bring something fresh to the stage. Past winners and contestants include Kate Butch, Viggo Venn, Dan Tiernan, Amy Webber and Lorna Rose Treen who have gone on to make waves in the comedy and cabaret worlds - I'm always keen to see where we can take the Dabbers and the bingo format to next, what new ideas can spin it all over again?"

The contest will be hosted by stand-up comedian and Live At The Apollo star Sikisa, with a judging panel featuring agents, festival bookers, and industry insiders. The organisers say: "This competition isn't just about the prize - it's a career-changing opportunity for fresh talent to be discovered.
"Think you have what it takes? You don't need to be a professional comedian - just someone with a unique comedic spark and the confidence to command a crowd. Whether you're a stand-up, drag artist, cabaret performer, or an all-out entertainer, we want to see you reinvent the bingo caller tradition with your own comedic twist."
To enter, a showreel of you on stage should be submitted via the Dabbers website, or - if you don't have one - a one-minute video introducing yourself and calling out some bingo lingo is fine. "No fancy production needed, just bring the personality!"
The contest will take place at Dabbers HQ in Houndsditch (close to Liverpool Street Station). The heats and quarter-finals will be on Sunday afternoons across April, May and June with the semi-finals on Wednesday evenings on 2nd and 9th July. The final will take place on Wednesday 16th July.
To enter visit dabbers.bingo by midnight on 8th March.
