The BBC's third comedy festival - featuring panel sessions and masterclasses for comedy creators - will take place in Glasgow between Wednesday 22nd and Friday 24th May 2024.
The BBC confirms: "This year, we're in Glasgow. Join us for three days of conference, camaraderie and conversation about the only genre beginning with 'c' (OK, apart from Children's) where we'll hear from industry insiders, top creatives and some people from the BBC.
"Our packed schedule will include commissioning opportunity updates and masterclasses, with top comedic talent both on and off screen from the UK and beyond. If the days aren't stimulating enough, the evenings will feature the best new short films and some scintillating stand-up shows, all in the UK's capital of having a good night out.
"The BBC Comedy Festival has become one of the biggest forums for industry professionals in the calendar and would love for any many of you to join us as possible, so please save the date in your diaries."
Details on booking sessions and what's in store will be unveiled in April.
